At MediLearn Pro, your privacy matters. We are committed to protecting your personal information and giving you control over the data you create in the app.
The information you add to MediLearn Pro remains yours. This may include your profile, CPD records, reflections, certificates, portfolio entries, goals, shift logs, learning progress and AI conversations.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data for advertising purposes. Your information is used only to provide, maintain and improve MediLearn Pro.
We use secure systems and appropriate technical measures to help protect your information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
You can edit or delete individual items in the app, including reflections, logs, portfolio entries, certificates, goals and uploaded documents.
MediLearn Pro includes a Delete Account option. If you choose to delete your account, your personal information and app data will be permanently removed, including your profile, reflections, CPD records, portfolio content, certificates, uploaded documents, learning progress and stored AI conversations.
Some limited information may be retained only where legally required, such as payment, fraud prevention or compliance records.
Access to the delete my account and personal data is located in the app under the privacy settings on the profile page. All you need to do is enter your password and confirm account deletion, protecting your data has never been easier.
The AI Mentor is designed to support learning and CPD. We recommend that users avoid entering patient identifiable information or confidential personal details into AI conversations. Clinical scenarios should be anonymised where possible.
We are committed to handling personal information in line with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
